| Chicago Public Library ACT test prep Scroll down to the bottom of the page, find the Test Prep area and click on Learning Express Library. Find the New Users area and then Register. You do not have to have a Chicago Public Library card to register. Once you login go to the menu on the left, click on College Preparation which will take you to the link for ACT prep.
